Drill Sharpening Machines are available in standard models for sharpening regular drill bits, as well as advanced models that can sharpen center drills, countersinks, two-step drills, and flat drills quickly and efficiently in less than 20 seconds.

These machines come in different size ranges:
• 3 to 13 mm
• 3 to 20 mm (standard and five-function models)
• 13 to 50 mm

The machines are equipped with a single-phase motor and designed as tabletop units. They are capable of sharpening HSS and HSS-Co drill bits using the CBN grinding wheel included with the machine. Additionally, by replacing the wheel with an SDC type, they can sharpen diamond or tungsten carbide drill bits.

Desktop drill bit sharpeners are available in various sizes: 2 to 13 mm and 3 to 20 mm for single-function models, 3 to 20 mm for five-function models, and 13 to 50 mm for drill bits with tapered shanks.

The single-function model is designed exclusively for sharpening standard drill bits, while the five-function model can sharpen standard drill bits, center drills, countersinks, step drills, and flat drills. The drill bit tip angle is adjustable from 90 to 150 degrees, and there is no limitation on the drill bit length.

Additionally, the device comes with a case containing collets and bushings appropriate for the size and model of the machine. This allows operators to conveniently and quickly sharpen a wide range of drill bits in the shortest possible time.
